Lately I keep finding myself thinking about God and wanting to pour out poetry, and finding over and over how every word I can find to describe Him falls short by miles. He is just so good, so lovely, so wonderful, it is impossible to contain in any word, syllable or phrase. That is what I started trying to express when I started writing this song. Through the process of creating the song and video over the last few days, I have been receiving this beautiful revelation: that the fullest expression of praise, the greatest worship I can give, the most pleasure I can bring Him.. is to let His love bring me fully to life, and to be everything that I am. I am His workmanship. I am a song that He has written, because it is a song that He has wanted to hear since before time began. I hope this song blesses you as much as has blessed me. I first wrote and shared this poem 4 years ago. It's crazy how prophetic it is. I spoke it over myself so many times, and now I am living in the reality of the words more than ever. And, I need these words more than ever. So I am sharing again, and declaring it over myself all over again.
